To ensure NHC members are able to anticipate, understand, influence, and drive forward the policy agenda impacting on their business concerns and operating environment, we will ensure the NHC has a strong external profile with decision makers and influencers.

In order to build an appropriate policy framework, the NHC will engage with its members to develop guidance, reports, position papers and consultation responses.
