The NHC works with its members to influence the national policy agenda. With the evidence we gain from our member engagement activity we can reinforce member’s views to influence government and key stakeholders. We achieve this through the relationships we have with parliamentarians, by providing evidence from our members on government consultations, through the All Party Parliamentary Group for Housing in the North and through engaging members within our policy networks. The learning from our Commission for Housing in the North, developed with our members, continues to guide our work. We strive for a strong Northern voice to be heard by politicians and other key stakeholders.
