We are delighted to announce that we have launched our new Corporate Plan which sets out how we’ll support our members over the next three years to help create better homes and places.

The Corporate Plan has three key priorities:

• We will move the dial on northern policy
• We’re all about people (your people and our people)
• We create value

This Plan has been developed by our full staff team alongside our member-led Board and has been shaped by insight from member engagement activity, by our member perceptions research, and by looking ahead to future challenges facing the North’s housing sector.

We’d like to give a huge thank you to all our members and colleagues who helped to shape it.
