Marsh Ltd are conducting research with tenants to look at how and why tenants do or do not take up content insurance and the most important issues and themes surrounding TCI.

Consortium Procurement in collaboration with Marsh are running a series of free seminars in September to talk to social landlords about Tenants’ Contents Insurance, share findings from the research and explore the implications post GDPR — specifically the facts and myths around marketing the insurance to tenants.

A representative from RSA will talk through GDPR in relation to promoting TCI to tenants, there will also be opportunities to share the data insight found from the research and to network.

The events are free to attend and will be of interest to finance managers, procurement staff, and anyone concerned with insurance, risk and housing management.
