Free Network for NHC members only
The next meeting of the NHC Safety in Neighbourhoods Network will take place 19th March 2019, 13.00 – 15.00 at Leeds Federated Housing.
The Network will welcome colleagues from Resolve ASB and Ward Hadaway to provide us with an update and ‘look ahead’ on the policy and legal landscape of ASB and Community Safety in 2019.
Rebecca Bryant OBE, Chief Executive, Resolve ASB will discuss their work at the forefront of relevant policy developments and explore what we can expect from the growing impact of the Social Housing Green Paper on ASB functions. Rebecca will also discuss Resolve’s involvement with various governmental working groups and source members’ views to shape a northern response to this national conversation.
We will also once again welcome Simon Thirtle, Associate at Ward Hadaway who will provide a legal update on developments in relation to ASB and Community Safety. Attendees are encouraged to pose questions and suggest topics in advance which Simon will address at the meeting.
Further agenda items will be announced once confirmed and there will again be a section dedicated to an open forum where colleagues can share any questions they have with the group.
If you have any queries please contact Liam Gregson, Member Engagement Officer, NHC at liam.gregson@northern-consortium.org.uk.
