Private Rented Sector – Free Roundtable

The first private rented sector roundtable will take place on Wednesday, 7th December 2016, 2-4pm at Kirklees Council, Civic Centre 1, Huddersfield. Please note the roundtable is in Civic Centre 1.

The session will be made up of presentations on how some Local Authorities respond to the challenges and opportunities presented by the private rented sector. There will be time for discussion around key themes and it is hoped that future roundtables will focus on common areas of interest (e.g. student housing, homes in multiple occupation, landlord licensing etc).
