NHC members across the north are adjusting to the ever-changing landscape they are working in, combatting challenges and future proofing service delivery in the local communities they work in.
Embracing commercial initiatives and collaborative ways of working, alongside meeting the social responsibilities for their local communities, our members are working in increasingly innovative ways.
This FREE roundtable, in conjunction with Tony Cottam from Bolton at Home, will share the place-based approach Bolton at Home has adopted through its Urban Care and Neighbourhood centre (UCAN) programme.
UCAN centres are central to neighbourhoods and focus on local needs.
UCAN Core Focus:
- Employment
- Training
- Maximising Income
- Community Hub
Delegates will have the opportunity to:
- Hear about Bolton at Home’s approach and the impact this has had on tenants, local communities and the organisation
- Hear from others on their own approaches
- Share learning
- Explore opportunities going forward
