We’re delighted to be hosting the conference in Leeds for the first time with Jan Luba QC, one of the country’s leading barristers and an expert on social housing law.
The Northern Housing Consortium’s annual housing law update conference has been designed to help you understand how changes to housing law over the last 12 months will impact on your organisation. With an unashamedly ‘practitioner’ focus, this conference will explore the key recent legal developments – in caselaw and legislation – around social housing allocation, housing management, anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and obtaining possession.
In response to previous conference feedback, all delegates will now be able to attend all the specialist sessions, each of which will be led by Jan Luba. At each session, Jan will be joined in his presentation by experienced housing practitioners who will discuss their organisations’ approach to the theme under review. In addition, each half of the day will be opened by a keynote speaker.
