The roundtable will include a tour of the Tunstall Innovation Lab, structured debate, technology awareness sessions and workshops, and provide valuable insight into the impact on housing, health and care of BT’s transition from an analogue to IP telephone infrastructure in the UK, due to complete by 2025.

Tunstall and NHC will also outline the support available to housing providers to help them use digital technology to offer more efficient, better quality services which enable people to stay independent and well, and address issues such as social isolation.
