Health and safety is of vital importance for both customer/staff safety, and as part of meeting regulatory requirements.
This compliance-focused seminar will look at the HCA’s view on serious detriment, and requirements on providers including fire safety, legionella and gas safety. We’ll also look at how the procurement selection processes ensure bidders and potential Supply Partners meet the required Health and Safety standards.
The Northern Housing Consortium provides a number of frameworks covering gas, asbestos, legionella and fire safety, and we have used this expertise to bring together a number of key speakers to ensure our members are fully aware of their duties under Health and Safety law.
Speakers include:
- Jack Lee, Assistant Director for Investigations and Enforcement, Homes and Communities Agency
- Legionella Control Association
- Kevin Winship, Corgi Technical Services
