The NHC, in association with HACT, is pleased to present the Fourth Annual Social Value conference taking place on Thursday, 8th February at the Leeds City Centre Marriott.
The conference will clearly show the practical use of social value information and how it can be used to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, decision making and help to secure funding.
Registered providers continue to operate in challenging times. Many organisations have re-assessed their priorities, made changes to their structures, merged with others and all in the context of welfare reform and severe financial pressure on tenants.
Social Value is now increasingly being embedded into organisation monitoring and recording systems. A growing number of organisations know where and how Social Value is generated and can increasingly use their social value information, experience and intelligence to inform their work.
How do we now take this a step further? How do we use our Social Value information to attract funding and contracts, to influence an often financially driven decision making process, to inform our strategies, to motivate our staff and relate to tenants?
With a combination of plenary sessions and practical, interactive mini masterclasses from those leading the sector in using information practically, join us for an exciting and challenging day and learn how to make Social Value information work for your organisation.
Plenary speakers include:
Bronwen Rapley – Chief Executive, Onward Homes
Geeta Nanda OBE – Chief Executive, Metropolitan
Alexandra Willey – Head of Regeneration Projects, Clarion
Andrew Van Doorn – Chief Executive, HACT
