The NHC has once again teamed up with Thinking Success UK to offer you a new series of leadership and team-building seminars.
Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at anyone who is required to sell or negotiate as part of their role. Whether they are new to selling and negotiation or experienced, this course will help develop new and existing skills.
Course Aim
- To learn to sell, negotiate and communicate at a higher level, not only to give exceptional service but also increase profitability and efficiency.
The Course will cover:
- Learn to sell and communicate at a higher level.
- Investigate body language and language patterns to connect with your customers not only to give exceptional service but also increase profitability.
- Understand the wants and needs of your customers and be able to sell to each individual customer in exactly the way that fits with them personally.
- Negotiation and how to create a win win scenario
- How to be in the right state to Negotiate and confidently communicate your plan
- What are the different types of customers and how to interact with each
- Overcome fear of selling higher priced items or dealing with difficult customers.
By the End of the session you will be able to:
- Communicate more precisely
- Understand how to read a customers body language and listen to their spoken language more intently to gain insight into customer needs and give them what they want
- Sell and negotiate confidently to ensure each customer interaction is maximised
- Be able to understand how to negotiate effectively while enhancing the relationship with clients
- Interact successfully with all different types of customers both internally and externally to the business
