Designed to provide you with the help and support you require, our Business Improvement Services are provided directly by the NHC and by the specialist expertise of our high-quality associates. We can work with you in a variety of areas.

We work alongside our members to improve processes, leading to improvements in performance and a better service to customers. Our team has been involved with a number of member organisations in the areas of Voids Management, Allocations and lettings, Customer Service and Journey Mapping and Value for Money. We have worked with local authority members looking at strategic issues around land and development, regeneration and private sector landlord schemes. In addition to direct commissioned work, we run regular seminars and network meetings that are free to attend and where you can learn more about the support we can offer to you as members.
